Puppy Agreement

The puppy listed above is sold as a pet only and is not to be bred. If puppy is bred this agreement becomes void. The puppy will have AKC Limited registration papers. The breeder has given the above shots listed and only the above shots. Puppy is guaranteed to be healthy at time of purchase. Breeder is not responsible for any illness or injury that may occur while in the care of owner unless said illness or injury was contracted while puppy was still in the care of breeder. Breeder recommends that new owner take puppy to his/her Vet within 72 hours for a health check.  Puppy may be returned for a full refund at any time within the first 72 hours, after which time there will be no refund for a health puppy.

Puppy is guaranteed to be free from life-threatening hereditary disease. If a life threatening hereditary disease should develop, owner of puppy must contact breeder as soon as reasonably possible. Owner must give breeder contact information on diagnosing Vet. In the case of a life threaten disease - breeder will refund purchase price of puppy or replace puppy with a pet quality puppy. Owner may refuse any puppy offered. Breeder will not replace puppy with a show/breeding quality puppy. Owner must understand that breeder does not always have puppies available.

Owner will contact breeder if owner is no longer able to keep puppy. Breeder will pick puppy up as soon as reasonably possible and care for puppy until a new home may be found. If puppy is sold or given away by owner - this agreement is void.

Breeder will be available to answer any questions that the owner may have. Contact information is provided at the top of this agreement.
